{"id":572,"date":"2011-08-08T23:25:13","date_gmt":"2011-08-08T15:25:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/albertyap.com\/blogs\/?p=572"},"modified":"2011-08-08T23:48:08","modified_gmt":"2011-08-08T15:48:08","slug":"dawn-qbm-funfair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albertyap.com\/blogs\/2011\/dawn-qbm-funfair\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips on Low Light Photography"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dusk is one of the most amazing moment for photography and to get a good picture at this moment is pretty easy if you know your basic.\u00a0 First you&#8217;ll need a steady tripod, then make sure you are familiar with your camera &amp;\u00a0 system, the more you know the better your chance at getting beautiful photos as dawn fade away very fast, especially the best duration of &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Golden_hour_%28photography%29\" target=\"_blank\">golden hour<\/a>&#8216; is only about 10minutes at most;\u00a0 You really do not want to be wasting your time finding a feature or setting of our camera.\u00a0 So,\u00a0 study your manual and understand your camera before you go out and shoot!<\/p>\n<p>Generally, your will be shooting with a relatively long shutter speed to get the nice colors from the horizon.\u00a0 In order to get the longer shutter speed we preferred,\u00a0 we will be using low ISO together with a small aperture.\u00a0 In this series of photos,\u00a0 I used mainly Nikon 24-120VR, Nikon 18-35 and Nikon 50 f\/1.4 on a Nikon D700.\u00a0 Generally I used aperture smaller than f\/5.6 to f\/22 on some cases.\u00a0\u00a0 I&#8217;ve adjusted the ISO from 100 &#8211;
