After all the ‘wows’ and ‘waahs’ from peers on Sekinchan, finally I have a chance to pay the small town a visit!
It’s about one and a half hour drive from my home in PJ, you can easily find the place with most GPS navigation system nowadays. The journey itself has nothing special to shout about except to expect heavy jams during holiday seasons.
There’s 4 of us in the car, me, wife and another couple. As this is the first time we visit there, we have no idea what to expect and we arrived pretty early in the town with no particular destination to visit. As this is not the right time for the padi-growing, we were greeted with a massive bald land with dirt. So we roam around and visited one of the padi-processing factory and took some photographs before moving on.
During the trip, we have a good lunch at a good price at one of the local restaurant.
Before we went home, we visited the popular beach in town, and have a short breakaway from town. Due to holiday season, the beach is seriously crowded there’s a lot of activities around. Unfortunately the tree houses are all occupied while we are there, we managed to take a few shots before decided to return without the original seafood dinner we planned for.
I’ll surely go back again when the season is right for more photos, before that check out some of the shots I took from the short half-day trip.
